Academic Placement Data

The department has reliable placement records dating back to 2003; all data for subsequent years are up to date.

Please note that the UBC graduate program in philosophy has grown significantly during the past four years. This is partly due to the fact that in the last four years our department has added 7 (3 senior & 4 junior) permanent members to its graduate faculty ranks. Our graduate program will continue to grow at an accelerated pace and is already becoming very competitive especially in areas in which the department has particular strengths.
